From Mexico

RED | NATIONAL COORDINATOR´S GREETING

Dear friends,

It is a great honour for the National Network of Scientific and Technological Activities for Youth (la REDMex) to host the Asia Pacific Conference of Young Scientists (APCYS 2021) in Mexico.

The cultural and commercial exchange and friendly relations between the Asia Pacific Region and Mexico are historical and have created a close bond between our countries. Although a great Ocean separates us geographically, we share it at both ends, resulting in identity and sympathy that unites our countries.

On this occasion, we have selected the City of Hermosillo, capital of the State of Sonora, to host APCYS 2021 in Mexico. In this place, we have great friends and allies who will provide a unique experience to all our participants through virtuality. They will know and learn from Mexico, but also all the participating countries.

We will be ready so that in the not too distant future, we can, if the conditions allow it, receive APCYS in Mexico on-site mode. But, in the meantime, we are happy to welcome you virtually to APCYS 2021 in Hermosillo, Sonora.

Roberto Hidalgo Rivas
LA RED MEX | Chief Coordinator

EXECUTIVE PRESIDENT'S GREETING

This year we are going to have another Asia Pacific Conference of Young Scientists in the digital format. The Covid-19 pandemic has been affected so much to the human’s life on earth, which at the same time creates challenges to science in solving many problems.

Talented students from around the world are invited to showcase their scientific works in this platform, sharing the problems and solution proposed, and exchange the richness of their culture to each other. Let’s meet virtually in Mexico and experience the 10th Asia Pacific Conference of Young Scientists as a unique and exciting science journey!
